Sally has over 20 years of extensive experience with federal, state, and local land use regulations, specializing in entitlement process project management and all aspects of CEQA. She prides herself on her ability to manage large teams, navigate increasingly complicated political environments, and facilitate efficient application processing. As an experienced land use planner, she is proficient in the use of city General Plans, Zoning Ordinances, Local Coastal Programs, Specific Plans, and other area-specific environmental plans. Her experience with CEQA document preparation and management has prepared her well for understanding California’s robust environmental regulations, and makes her an ideal lead for preparing, peer-reviewing, and generally managing environmental documents on behalf of clients. More importantly, her combined planning and environmental background allows her to “see the big picture”, allowing for a more thorough analysis of your project challenges.
